I opted for a traditional mole dish, which was expertly prepared and bursting with complexity. the attention to detail in each dish truly reflected the dedication of the chef to preserving and elevating Mexican culinary traditions. Overall, my dining experience at Hotel Luna De Plata was a delightful journey through the diverse gastronomy of Mexico. the combination of delicious food, pleasant ambiance, and attentive service made it a memorable part of my gourmet getaway.
